Below is a sample email letter i send to potential new members to invite them to our networking meeting.  Edit as needed to fit your situation. Items in Red should be changed to represent your company.

Subject Line: From Kyle re Bakersfield Business Networking Group Invitation

NAME, It was nice to talk to you the other day.  As I said I would like to invite your company to check out our Business Networking Group this Tuesday at the Links at Riverlakes Golf Course.

Please email me back if you plan to attend.

Below is your official Invitation

You have been invited to become an exclusive member of our Bakersfield Business Networking Group. You we recommended by Kyle Brown of My Bakersfield Printer.

Our group meets every Tuesday morning from 7:30a ~ 8:30a at The Links at Riverlakes Ranch 5201 Riverlakes Dr. Bakersfield, CA 93312  You can arrive as early as 7am for breakfast or just coffee (we easy like that)

As the guest of Kyle Brown you can attend up to 2 meeting for free before joining. Upon making the decision to join our networking group you must submit an application along with your dues for 1 year of $125.00 for review by our membership committee and you will be informed of our decision within 1 week. In the unlikely event your application is denied your dues will be returned to you.

This is a very exclusive group and only 1 representative of each category may join. This group is only open by invitation so please let us know if you plan to attend.
